Experimental Composite Tooling

This R&D Project was delivered for a composite tubing company to experiment with a new bladder mold. This experimental development tooling was designed from aluminium with multiple lifting points and a modular design. We worked closely with the client to develop the tooling and lay the groundwork for moving forward to a production model.
